TLNTConnect Privacy Policy

Last updated June 15, 2026. This policy explains how TLNTConnect accesses, uses, stores, shares, and deletes information, including Google user data.

Information We Collect

Workspace information: agency name, team member accounts, roles, creator roster data, brand contacts, campaigns, deliverables, invoices, tasks, notes, uploaded files, and operational activity in the app.

Connected provider information: when an authorized user connects a provider account, TLNTConnect may receive account identifiers, profile details, email addresses, message metadata, message bodies, send status, channel information, audience analytics, or provider event metadata needed for the connected feature.

Technical information: logs, device and browser metadata, IP-derived security signals, error traces, and usage events needed to keep the service secure and reliable.

Google User Data

For staff Gmail features, TLNTConnect may request Google OAuth access through Nylas Hosted OAuth. The current Gmail scope inventory is gmail.readonly, gmail.send, and userinfo.email. These scopes support visible inbox review, reply attribution, campaign/outreach context, and sending user-initiated email from a connected staff mailbox.

For creator-authorized YouTube analytics, TLNTConnect may request youtube.readonly and yt-analytics.readonly. These scopes support creator-approved channel metrics, video performance, and audience analytics visible in roster and creator profile workflows.

TLNTConnect does not request Google Drive restricted scopes in the current production scope inventory.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to provide and improve user-facing agency operations: creator roster management, inbox visibility, outreach, campaign tracking, reporting, billing workflows, provider sync, support, security, debugging, and abuse prevention.

Google user data is used only for the user-facing features described in the app interface and this policy. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, transfer it to data brokers, or use it to determine credit worthiness.

If an AI-assisted workflow processes workspace or connected-provider content, that processing is limited to the feature the user invokes or configures inside TLNTConnect. Google user data is not used to train generalized AI models.

Storage And Security

TLNTConnect stores workspace data in tenant-scoped application databases. Provider tokens, when stored by TLNTConnect directly, are encrypted at rest and are not returned to the browser or printed in logs.

When Nylas Hosted OAuth is used for Gmail, Nylas handles the Google grant and TLNTConnect stores only the grant and mailbox metadata needed to operate the connected feature.

Access to workspace data is limited by authenticated account, agency, role, and provider scope. Public share links use tokenized access and expose only the intended client-safe subset.

Sharing

We share information with service providers that operate core product infrastructure, provider integrations, email delivery, billing, support, analytics, security monitoring, and hosting.

We may disclose information to comply with law, protect the service, investigate abuse, enforce agreements, or complete a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets with appropriate protections.

We do not transfer or sell Google user data to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers.

Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of workspace data and connected-provider data by emailing hello@tlntconnect.com from an account associated with the workspace.

When a deletion request covers Google user data, TLNTConnect will revoke or disconnect the applicable provider grant where supported, delete or deactivate local provider connection records, and delete locally stored provider message or analytics data unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, billing, or legal obligations.

Workspace owners can also ask us to remove an agency workspace, team member, creator record, connected account, or imported provider data.

Google Limited Use

TLNTConnect's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Human access to Google user data is limited to user-authorized support, security, debugging, legal compliance, or aggregated internal operations where permitted.
