GET/api/v1/actions/{action_id}The outcome of an action this key queued for approval (pending, approved, executed, rejected, failed, expired or cancelled).

Poll an action_id returned by a 202 pending_approval response. Only actions queued by THIS key are visible; any other id is 404. status: pending (waiting for a person in TLNT), approved (approved, still running), executed (done — result names what changed), rejected (review_note carries the approver's note, when given), failed (approved but the run failed), expired (nobody decided before expires_at), cancelled. Poll with backoff (e.g. every 30-60 s); approval is a human decision.

The actions THIS key queued for approval, newest first (other keys' actions never appear). Same row shape as GET /actions/{action_id}. Paged with page/limit (limit ≤ 50, default 20); a page is shorter than limit only on the last page, or if Atlas data retention removes an action while you page (a removed action takes its row with it).
